A brand new real estate project – Solstice Montréal –will see the light of day in 2021. Designed by NEUF architect(e)s, winner of an architectural competition held among major Montréal architectural firms, the building will have a resolutely contemporary design, with a base inspired by and incorporated within the fabric of Montréal's urban heritage, dominated by a tapered glass tower and crowned with a unique architectural design. This human-scale, 44-storey, 330-unit development will be located on the prestigious Mountain Street, south of René-Lévesque.

Solstice Montréal is moving into an established and sought-after neighbourhood. It stands out for its warm materials and attention to detail. The project has units with particularly bright interior layouts, offering six corner units per floor rather than four, thanks to an innovative architectural design; and at least one balcony per unit (except for studios). Combining design and efficiency, Solstice Montréal provides executive studio units and one-, two- or three-bedroom units as well as spectacular penthouses.

Solstice Montréal will feature communal living areas designed using both natural and luxurious materials in a boutique hotel spirit. Oak, Montréal stone and copper, in particular, will feature prominently. A cozy owners' lounge, business centre, indoor swimming pool, thermal spa, exercise and yoga rooms, an optional private cellar with access to a tasting room, electric vehicle stations and an east-west pedestrian city link reminiscent of the New York High Line are among the shared facilities that will be offered to residents.
